1. Refund, Delivery & Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with dushiEsim to be as easy and hassle-free as possible. Please read our policy for information on refunds, delivery, and cancellations.

  • Delivery Policy: eSIMs are delivered digitally and instantly to your account after purchase. In rare cases of a delay, your eSIM will be delivered within a few minutes to an hour. If you do not receive your eSIM within 70 minutes, your order will be automatically refunded.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available if you are unable to use the service due to a technical error on our end. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and you must cooperate with our support team to resolve the issue before a refund is considered. Refunds are not granted for accidental purchases, unused data after a plan expires, or issues caused by an incompatible or locked device.
  • Return & Cancellation: An eSIM is a digital product and cannot be physically returned. Once a plan has been purchased and installed, it is considered used, and no refunds will be offered unless there is a technical error on our end. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.

2. Legal & Export Restrictions

As a reseller of eSIM services, dushiEsim operates under the legal framework of our partner, while adhering to all local laws.

  • Service Restrictions: Our eSIMs are data-only and do not restrict access to websites or apps. However, some apps or websites may have their own restrictions based on their security protocols or location settings.
  • eKYC Checks: In some cases, we may process personal data to perform eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) checks on end-users to comply with local laws and regulations.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information you provide when you register for an account, make a purchase, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, IP address, and log data. In certain cases, we may collect information from your photo ID to perform eKYC checks.
  • Data Usage: Your data is used to process your orders, provide account functionalities, and communicate with you. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

4. Website & Payment Security

Your security and privacy are our top priorities. We are committed to protecting your personal data and payment information by implementing the highest industry standards.

  • Data Protection: We adhere to strict privacy standards, including the EU’s GDPR. Our partner ensures that personal data is protected and that all devices used to store data are encrypted.
  • Website and Server Security: Our servers are protected behind a firewall, and we perform vulnerability tests at least biannually to ensure your data is secure.
  • Secure Transactions: We use technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is encrypted both when it is in transit and at rest. We also protect accounts with multi-factor authentication and a strong password policy.
