Refund, Delivery &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We want your experience with dushiEsim to be as easy and hassle-free as possible. Please read our policy for information on refunds, delivery, and cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery Policy:<\/strong> eSIMs are delivered digitally and instantly to your account after purchase. In rare cases of a delay, your eSIM will be delivered within a few minutes to an hour. If you do not receive your eSIM within 70 minutes, your order will be automatically refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong> Refunds are available if you are unable to use the service due to a technical error on our end. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and you must cooperate with our support team to resolve the issue before a refund is considered. Refunds are not granted for accidental purchases, unused data after a plan expires, or issues caused by an incompatible or locked device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return &amp; Cancellation:<\/strong> An eSIM is a digital product and cannot be physically returned. Once a plan has been purchased and installed, it is considered used, and no refunds will be offered unless there is a technical error on our end. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Legal &amp; Export Restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reseller of eSIM services, dushiEsim operates under the legal framework of our partner, while adhering to all local laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service Restrictions:<\/strong> Our eSIMs are data-only and do not restrict access to websites or apps. However, some apps or websites may have their own restrictions based on their security protocols or location settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>eKYC Checks:<\/strong> In some cases, we may process personal data to perform eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) checks on end-users to comply with local laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
